SIR 2026: वोटर लिस्ट सुधार में बड़ा अभियान, अब फॉर्म ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों तरीके से भर सकेंगे

चुनाव आयोग ने वर्ष 2026 की Special Intensive Revision (SIR 2026) प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। यह वही वार्षिक अभियान है, जिसमें मतदाता सूची में नए नाम जोड़े जाते हैं, गलतियां सुधारी जाती हैं और मृत या स्थानांतरित मतदाताओं के नाम हटाए जाते हैं। इस बार आयोग ने मतदाताओं की सुविधा के लिए ऑफलाइन और ऑनलाइन दोनों तरह से फॉर्म भरने की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई है।

मतदाता घर बैठे मोबाइल से भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं और चाहें तो बूथ स्तर अधिकारी (BLO) के माध्यम से ऑफलाइन भी फॉर्म जमा कर सकते हैं। दावा-आपत्ति की अवधि 9 दिसंबर 2025 से 8 जनवरी 2026 तक रहेगी। यानी इस पूरे एक महीने में आप किसी भी दिन अपना फॉर्म भर सकते हैं।

आप घर बैठे सिर्फ 10 मिनट में ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भर सकते हैं।

Voter Helpline App (Android/iOS) दोनों प्लेटफॉर्म पर प्रक्रिया बिल्कुल सरल है।
ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने के स्टेप्स : NVSP या हेल्पलाइन ऐप खोलें, Login/Register पर जाएं, मोबाइल नंबर OTP से वेरिफाई करें, “Fresh Registration / Correction / Address Change” विकल्प चुनें
सही फॉर्म चुनें
नया नाम जोड़ना → Form 6
नाम हटाना → Form 7
सुधार करना → Form 8
पता बदलना → Form 8A
नाम, पता और परिवार की जानकारी भरें
जरूरी दस्तावेज अपलोड करें
फॉर्म सबमिट करें और Reference Number नोट कर लें

इसके बाद BLO आपके घर आकर सत्यापन करेगा। फाइनल लिस्ट में नाम जुड़ने की जानकारी भी ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगी।

ऑफलाइन फॉर्म कैसे भरें : ऑनलाइन की सुविधा के साथ चुनाव आयोग ने ऑफलाइन प्रक्रिया को भी पूरा सक्रिय रखा है।
फॉर्म कहां मिलेंगे : BLO के पास, मतदान केंद्र पर, ईसीआई कैंप कार्यालयों में, मतदाता जागरूकता शिविरों में

ऑफलाइन फॉर्म जमा करने की प्रक्रिया : BLO से फॉर्म (6, 7, 8, 8A) प्राप्त करें, पेन से साफ-साफ पूरा विवरण भरें, आवश्यक दस्तावेज की फोटो कॉपी संलग्न करें, अपना फोटो चिपकाएं, फॉर्म BLO को दे दें या बूथ पर जमा कर दें, BLO घर आकर सत्यापन करेगा
ग्रामीण और अहिलाक्षर (कम पढ़े-लिखे) लोगों के लिए यह तरीका अभी भी सबसे सुविधाजनक माना जाता है।

कौन-कौन से दस्तावेज जरूरी हैं : आधार कार्ड (पहचान प्रमाण), जन्म प्रमाण पत्र / 10वीं का प्रमाणपत्र (उम्र प्रमाण), पते का प्रमाण, बिजली बिल, पानी बिल, बैंक पासबुक, किरायानामा, एक ताजा फोटो

क्यों जरूरी है SIR 2026 में फॉर्म भरना : नए वोटर 18 साल पूरे होने पर नाम जोड़ सकेंगे, गलत नाम, एड्रेस, जन्मतिथि सुधारी जा सकेगी, पुराने या मृत मतदाताओं के नाम हटेंगे, वोट डालने से पहले आपका नाम पक्का होगा, लिस्ट में नाम न होने पर चुनाव वाले दिन आपको परेशानी हो सकती है, इसलिए इस अवधि में फॉर्म भरना बेहद जरूरी है।

सबसे बड़ा फायदा,दोनों तरीके मान्य :
चुनाव आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों आवेदन समान रूप से मान्य होंगे। जो भी तरीका आपको आसान लगे, उसी से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

SIR 2026 मतदाताओं के लिए बड़ा मौका है कि वे अपने वोटर कार्ड से जुड़ी सभी गलतियों को सुधार लें या नई एंट्री करा लें। ऑनलाइन तरीका युवा और पढ़े-लिखे लोगों के लिए आसान है, जबकि ऑफलाइन विकल्प गांवों और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए बेहद उपयोगी है।

दोनों ही प्रक्रियाएं पूरी तरह वैध हैं।
