ईद का जश्न खत्म होने के बाद, एआर मुरुगादॉस द्वारा निर्देशित इस फिल्म ने दूसरे सप्ताह के अंत तक मुश्किल से कोई वृद्धि दिखाई है। Sacnilk.com की नवीनतम बॉक्स ऑफिस रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि फिल्म ने भारत में कुल ₹107.71 करोड़ का कलेक्शन किया है। अगर सलमान खान की ‘सबसे खराब फिल्म’ सिकंदर शाहरुख की डंकी से बेहतर ओपनिंग कर सकती है, तो यह साबित करता है कि उनका सुपरस्टारडम अभी भी जिंदा है

सिकंदर बॉक्स ऑफिस कलेक्शन दिन 12: सलमान खान फिल्म में मुख्य भूमिका में हैं

रिपोर्ट बताती है कि शुरुआती अनुमानों के अनुसार, सिकंदर ने रिलीज के 12वें दिन ₹ 0.75 करोड़ की कमाई की। यह फिल्म का अब तक का सबसे कम सिंगल डे कलेक्शन है, जो एक करोड़ से भी कम है। सिकंदर ने पहले दिन ₹26 करोड़ की कमाई की, जो कि छावा के ₹31 करोड़ से काफी कम है।

अपने पहले सप्ताह के अंत तक, सिकंदर ने ₹90.25 करोड़ की कमाई की। दूसरे सप्ताह में सलमान खान की फिल्म के लिए कोई वृद्धि नहीं हुई और फिल्म और भी गिर गई। रिलीज के बाद फिल्म को मिली-जुली समीक्षा मिली, जिसमें सलमान के कई प्रशंसकों ने फिल्म के कमजोर दूसरे भाग के बारे में शिकायत की। सिकंदर को बॉक्स ऑफिस पर एक और बड़ी रिलीज से भी कड़ी टक्कर मिली, जो कि मोहनलाल अभिनीत एल2 एम्पुरान थी, जिसे पृथ्वीराज सुकुमारन ने निर्देशित किया था। हालांकि, सिकंदर ने अपने प्रदर्शन के नौ दिनों में दुनिया भर में ₹200 करोड़ का आंकड़ा पार करने में कामयाबी हासिल की है।
