बांदा(ब्यूरो)। सोमवार को जिलाधिकारी बाँदा जे0रीभा ने आज सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र नरैनी का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने महिला वार्ड, पीडियाट्रिक वार्ड, आयुष्मान/डेंगू वार्ड, पैथॉलाजी कक्ष, एक्स-रे, दवा वितरण कक्ष, वाह्य रोग, पंजीकरण केन्द्र, आयुष्मान केन्द्र का निरीक्षण करते हुए मरीजों से चिकित्सालय द्वारा दी जा रही स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के सम्बन्ध में जानकारी लेते हुए स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र की सभी व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया तथा प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के सम्बन्ध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये कि अस्पताल में आने वाली सभी गर्भवती महिलाओं की सभी महत्वपूर्ण एवं ब्लड की जांचें अवश्य की जायें तथा हाईरिस्क एवं एनिमिक पायी जाने वाली महिलाओं को चिन्हित करते हुए उनकी विशेष रूप से नियमित मॉनीटरिंग की जाए। उन्होंने ऐसी चिन्हित सभी महिलाओं का एचआरपी रजिस्टर बनाते हुए पूर्ण विवरण अंकित करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने सभी का एमसीपी कार्ड बनाये जाने तथा उसमें उनकी रिपोर्ट अंकित किये जाने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने महिला परिवार कल्याण काउन्सलर को निर्देश दिये कि महिलाओं को जिनके दो से अधिक बच्चे हैं, उनको परिवार नियोजन के प्रति काउन्सलिंग कर जानकारी प्रदान करें।
