469 लाख की लागत से बनी योजना
सुलतानपुर (ब्यूरो)। जल जीवन मिशन के तहत एक बड़ी पेयजल योजना का निरीक्षण किया गया। जिलाधिकारी कुमार हर्ष और मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अंकुर कौशिक ने रविवार को संयुक्त रूप से इस योजना का जायजा लिया। इस पेयजल योजना की कुल लागत 469.61 लाख रुपये है।
इससे सरैया कैमौरा, गज्जू का पुरवा, पहाड़पुर पश्चिम, पहाड़पुर उत्तर, गोसाई का पुरा, श्रीरामपुर, लंकापुरवा और कमलौर के निवासियों को पानी की सुविधा मिलेगी। इन गांवों की कुल आबादी लगभग 4050 है। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने नए बने ट्यूबवेल, पंप हाउस, जलाशय, पंपिंग प्लांट, वितरण प्रणाली, बाउंड्रीवाल और सोलर पैनल की जानकारी ली।
उन्होंने कार्यदायी संस्था बीटीएल से पंप हाउस और सोलर सिस्टम के तकनीकी पहलुओं के बारे में भी पूछा। ग्रामीणों से बातचीत में पता चला कि उन्हें सुबह और शाम को दो-दो घंटे पानी की सप्लाई मिल रही है। जिलाधिकारी ने योजना के रख-रखाव और सुरक्षा के लिए एक नियमित केयर टेकर की नियुक्ति के निर्देश दिए हैं।
