बाँदा(ब्यूरो)।तिंदवारी। ब्लाक मुख्यालय पर पेयजल समस्या के समाधान के लिए एक कंट्रोल रूम स्थापित किया गया है। विकासखंड के सभी ग्राम पंचायतों में पेयजल संकट के तत्काल निवारण के उद्देश्य से बीडीओ रमेश कुमार ने इस कंट्रोल रूम की शुरुआत की। बीडीओ ने बताया कि यह पहल पेयजल समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए की गई है।
सहायक खंड विकास अधिकारी पंचायत प्रदीप सिंह राणा ने बताया कि विकासखंड में कुल 331 तालाब हैं, जिनमें से 161 तालाब पानी से भरे हुए हैं और 170 तालाब सूखे पड़े हैं। वहीं, 24 सरकारी नलकूप और 8 प्राइवेट नलकूप से तालाबों को भरा गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, विकासखंड में 4423 हैंडपंप हैं, जिनमें से 66 रिवोर पर हैं, जबकि 26 हैंडपंपों में हल्की मरम्मत की आवश्यकता है,

जिनकी मरम्मत जल्द ही की जाएगी। इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए कंट्रोल रूम में संतराम की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है, और इस नंबर 6386 2617 79 पर संपर्क कर लोग अपनी पेयजल संबंधित समस्याओं का समाधान प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। बीडीओ ने लोगों से अपील की है कि वे किसी भी पेयजल संकट की स्थिति में इस नंबर पर तुरंत संपर्क करें।
