दिल्ली विधानसभा बजट: 1 लाख करोड़ रुपए का बजट पेश

दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने मंगलवार को पहली बार 1 लाख करोड़ रुपए का बजट पेश किया। महिला समृद्धि योजना के लिए 5100 करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसके जरिए दिल्ली की महिलाओं को हर महीने 2500 रुपए दिए जाएंगे। यमुना और सीवेज की सफाई के लिए 9 हजार करोड़ रुपए का बजट है।

मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने आयुष्मान योजना के लिए 2144 हजार करोड़ का बजट रखा है। केंद्र सरकार से 5 लाख रुपए तक का मुफ्त इलाज तो मिलेगा ही। साथ ही दिल्ली सरकार भी इसमें अपनी ओर से 5 लाख रुपए जोड़ रही है। यानी आयुष्मान योजना के तहत 10 लाख का इलाज मुफ्त मिलेगा।

रेखा गुप्ता ने कहा- केजरीवाल ने अपने फायदे के लिए आयुष्मान योजना दिल्ली में लागू नहीं होने दी। वे चाहते थे कि योजना में उनका भी नाम चलाया जाए, ताकि उनका प्रचार हो। उनकी जिद की वजह से दिल्ली वासियों को सालों तक योजना का लाभ नहीं मिला।

रेखा गुप्ता ने मातृत्व वंदन परियोजना के लिए 210 करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान किया। योजना के तहत गर्भवती महिलाओं को एकमुश्त 21 हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा दिल्ली में महिला सुरक्षा के लिए 50 हजार अतिरिक्त कैमरे लगाए जाएंगे।
