अमेठी(ब्यूरो)। जहाँ सरकार मरीजों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए लगातार निर्देश देती रहती है, लेकिन कुछ चिकित्सक अपनी मनमानी और तानाशाही से सरकारी मंशा को पलीता लगाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रहे हैं। जगदीशपुर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) में चिकित्सकों द्वारा मरीजों और तीमारदारों से बदसलूकी करने का मामला सामने आया है, जिसने पूरे जिले में हड़कंप मचा दिया है।
थाना क्षेत्र के मरौचा तेतारपुर गांव निवासी और भाजपा के पूर्व मंडल अध्यक्ष नकछेद दुबे अपने गांव के ही मनोज कोरी को उपचार के लिए जगदीशपुर सीएचसी लेकर पहुंचे। आरोप है कि इमरजेंसी में तैनात चिकित्सक ऋषि पांडेय ने मरीज से अभद्र व्यवहार किया और बिना किसी जांच के बाहर निकाल दिया। जब नकछेद दुबे ने इसका विरोध किया तो चिकित्सक आगबबूला हो गए। बताया जाता है कि उन्होंने दुर्व्यवहार करते हुए दुबे के साथ हाथापाई की और लात-घूंसों से मारपीट कर उन्हें बाहर धकेल दिया।
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही स्थानीय लोगों में आक्रोश फैल गया। भुक्तभोगी ने मामले की शिकायत केंद्र अधीक्षक से की, लेकिन वहां से भी कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला। मजबूरन उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री, जिलाधिकारी और मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को पत्र लिखकर न्याय की गुहार लगाई है।
जगदीशपुर सीएचसी की स्थिति पहले से ही सवालों के घेरे में है। आए दिन मरीजों को लापरवाही और दुर्व्यवहार का शिकार होना पड़ता है, लेकिन जिम्मेदार अधिकारी मूकदर्शक बने तमाशा देखते रहते हैं। सवाल यह है कि क्या सरकारी अस्पतालों में मरीजों के साथ इसी तरह का व्यवहार किया जाएगा?
इस पूरे मामले पर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ. अंशुमान सिंह ने कहा कि घटना संज्ञान में है। उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि शिकायत मिलते ही तत्काल जांच करवाई जाएगी और दोषी पाए जाने पर चिकित्सक के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
स्थानीय लोगों और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने भी इस घटना की निंदा करते हुए दोषी चिकित्सक पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। लोगों का कहना है कि यदि इस तरह की घटनाओं पर समय रहते रोक नहीं लगाई गई तो आम जनता का स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था से भरोसा पूरी तरह उठ जाएगा।
