कोर्ट ने दोषी महिला पर 2.1 लाख का जुर्माना भी लगाया
लखनऊ। गैंगरेप का झूठा मुकदमा दर्ज कराकर दो निर्दोषों को जेल भिजवाने वाली महिला को लखनऊ की विशेष एससी/एसटी कोर्ट ने 7 साल 6 माह की सजा सुनाई है। इतना ही नहीं दोषी महिला पर दो लाख एक हजार रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया है। वहीं कोर्ट ने यह भी आदेश दिया है कि जुर्माने की रकम जेल में गलत तरीके से बंद किए गए राजेश और बी.के. उर्फ भूपेन्द्र को मुआवजे के तौर पर दिया जाए। दोनों को 52,500-52,500 रुपए दिए जाएं।
वर्ष 2022 में बीकेटी कोतवाली में दर्ज हुआ था मुकदमा
मामला बीकेटी थाने का है। बीकेटी थाने में 4 अक्टूबर 2022 को रेखा देवी ने राजेश और बी.के. उर्फ भूपेन्द्र के खिलाफ गैंगरेप की एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी।
जांच में पता चला कि रेखा देवी का आरोप फर्जी है। रेखा देवी ने गलत इरादे से मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। जांच के बाद विवेचक ने धारा 169 सीआरपीसी के तहत रिपोर्ट लगाकर दोनों निर्दोषों राजेश और बी.के. उर्फ भूपेन्द्र को जेल से रिहा कराया।
न्यायाधीश ने ने यूपी सरकार और पुलिस को किया निर्देशित
फैसले में विशेष न्यायाधीश विवेकानंद शरण त्रिपाठी ने यूपी सरकार और पुलिस को निर्देशित किया कि भविष्य में जब कोई महिला बार-बार रेप या एससी/एसटी एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कराती है, तो उसकी पूर्व की शिकायतों का पूरा ब्योरा रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज किया जाए। कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि केवल मुकदमा दर्ज होने के आधार पर महिलाओं को कोई भी राहत राशि न दी जाए, बल्कि आरोप पत्र दाखिल होने के बाद ही सहायता राशि दी जाए।

कोर्ट ने यह भी सुझाव दिया कि झूठी शिकायतों को रोकने के लिए आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (एआई) टूल्स की मदद ली जाए, ताकि बार-बार फर्जी मुकदमा दर्ज करने वालों को चिन्हित किया जा सके।
