लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को आधुनिक और सुलभ बनाने के लिए सरकार ने बड़े स्तर पर बदलाव किए हैं। ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों इलाकों में मातृत्व देखभाल, टेलीमेडिसिन, डायलिसिस और एम्बुलेंस सेवाओं का विस्तार किया गया है। इन सुधारों के बाद प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएँ अधिक जवाबदेह और सुगम मानी जा रही हैं।
प्रसूति सेवाओं का विस्तार — 19 स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों को FRU का दर्जा : प्रयागराज मंडल के 19 सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों को First Referral Unit (FRU) का दर्जा दिया गया है। इन केंद्रों पर अब सीज़ेरियन (C-Section) जैसी आवश्यक प्रसूति सेवाएँ भी उपलब्ध हैं। अप्रैल से अक्टूबर 2025 के बीच इन केंद्रों पर कुल 1,569 सुरक्षित सीज़ेरियन डिलीवरी कराई गईं। जिलेवार आंकड़े इस प्रकार हैं—
प्रयागराज — 689, प्रतापगढ़ — 428, कौशांबी — 285, फतेहपुर — 167
इन आंकड़ों से साफ है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में मातृ-स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ पहले की तुलना में काफी बेहतर हुई हैं।
टेलीमेडिसिन (e-Sanjeevani) से मरीजों को घर बैठे इलाज : राज्य में e-Sanjeevani प्लेटफॉर्म को बड़ी संख्या में मरीजों का सहयोग मिला है। केवल अक्टूबर 2025 में 56,423 मरीजों ने ऑनलाइन परामर्श लेकर OPD का लाभ उठाया। बुजुर्गों और दिव्यांग मरीजों के लिए यह सुविधा खासतौर पर उपयोगी साबित हुई है। प्रयागराज मंडल में 1,113 टेलीमेडिसिन केंद्र संचालित हैं, जिनमें 1,000 से अधिक कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर्स तैनात हैं। इससे दूरदराज के मरीजों को बड़े शहरों तक यात्रा करने की आवश्यकता काफी कम हुई है।
एम्बुलेंस सेवाएँ GPS-निगरानी के साथ मजबूत हुईं : गोरखपुर समेत कई जिलों में 108 और 102 एम्बुलेंस सेवाओं को GPS-मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम से जोड़ा गया है।
इससे— एम्बुलेंस समय पर पहुंच रही हैं, आपात स्थिति में मरीजों को त्वरित सहायता मिल रही है, सेवा में सुधार और पारदर्शिता बढ़ी है।
झांसी में मुफ्त डायलिसिस — 753 मरीजों को राहत : झांसी जिला अस्पताल में PPP मॉडल पर हेमोडायलिसिस यूनिट संचालित है।
यहां अब तक— 753 मरीजों को, 7,246 निशुल्क डायलिसिस सत्र प्रदान किए जा चुके हैं। इससे किडनी रोगियों को आर्थिक राहत और स्थानीय स्तर पर इलाज उपलब्ध हुआ है, जिससे लंबी दूरी की यात्रा की जरूरत घटी है।
सरकार का लक्ष्य — ‘सुगम व जन-केंद्रित स्वास्थ्य तंत्र’ : उप-मुख्यमंत्री ब्रजेश पाठक के अनुसार, यह स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था में “आमूलचूल परिवर्तन” है।
सरकार का फोकस निम्न बिंदुओं पर है— स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की पहुंच बढ़ाना, ग्रामीण इलाकों में जरूरी सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना, टेलीमेडिसिन और आधुनिक तकनीक का उपयोग, विशेषज्ञ सेवाओं को स्थानीय स्तर पर उपलब्ध करना
इन सभी पहलुओं से स्पष्ट है कि उत्तर प्रदेश स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में मजबूत और दीर्घकालिक ढांचा तैयार कर रहा है।
