लखनऊ । राजधानी लखनऊ के रहीमाबाद स्थित हामिद खेड़ा के माजरा मवई कला में रविवार देर रात घर में घुसकर चालक संजय की गड़ासा से काटकर हत्या की वारदात का खुलासा हो गया है।
इस मामले में पुलिस ने वारदात को अंजाम देने वाले संजय की प्रेमिका मीरा के पति सुनील कुमार गौतम और उसके बेटे दिव्यांश को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
बताया जा रहा है कि कि घटना की रात दोनों आरोपी संजय के घर पहुंचे थे और गड़ासे से कई वार करके उसे मौत के घाट उतार दिया था। इसके बाद सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजकर दोनों आरोपियों को हिरासत में ले लिया था। कानूनी प्रकिया के बाद उन्हें जेल भेज दिया गया।
हत्या के बाद बेतवा नदी के पास फेंका चाकू और गड़ासा
पुलिस की ओर से हुई पूछताछ में सामने आया कि हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम देने के बाद पिता-
पुत्र सुनील और दिव्यांश अपनी बाइक से गांव के बाहर निकले।
बताया जा रहा है कि उन्होंने हत्या करने के लिए नया चाकू और बांका खरीदा था, जिसे वारदात के बाद भागते समय बेतवा नदी के
पास फेंक दिया था। पुलिस टीम ने बताया कि हत्या की सूचना के बाद दोनों की तलाश शुरू की गयी। जिसके बाद महज 8 घंटे के भीतर ही दोनों आरोपियों को मडिय़ांव के ताड़ीखाना इलाके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर 1 छूरी, 1 गाड़ासा व 1 मोटरसाइकिल पल्सर बरामद कर ली गई है।
12 साल की उम्र में हो गया था एक-दूसरे से प्यार
सुनील की पत्नी व संजय की प्रेमिका मीरा ने पुलिस को बताया कि 12 साल की उम्र में ही उसे संजय से प्यार हो गया था। छोटी उम्र में ही संजय की और मेरी अलग-अलग शादी कर दी गई।
शादी के बाद भी हम छिप-छिप कर मिलते रहे। उधर, मीरा के पति सुनील को इस बात की जानकारी हुई तो उसने विरोध शुरू किया। करीब 2 साल पहले वह अपने पति सुनील और बच्चों को छोड़कर संजय के साथ मुंशीपुलिया के पास किराए के एक मकान में रहने लगी।
बेटे से कहा था इसकी बोटी-बोटी कर दो
मीरा ने बताया कि उसके आरोपी पति सुनील व 19 वर्षीय जवान बेटा दिव्यांश कई बार संजय को बोटी-बोटी काटने की धमकी दे चुके थे। रविवार रात भी जब सुनील गड़ासे से संजय पर हमला कर रहा था तो वहां भी आरोपी ने बेटे दिव्यांश से कहा था कि इसे छोडऩा नहीं, इसकी बोटी-बोटी कर डालो। यह सुनते ही आरोपी दिव्यांश ने संजय को दौड़ा लिया था और नहर तक उसका पीछा करते हुए शरीर पर कई वार किए थे।
4 साल पहले संजय के साथ भागी थी प्रेमिका, सुसाइड का किया था प्रयास
12 साल की उम्र में शुरू हुए इसी प्रेम-प्रसंग के बीच बीते 4 साल पहले घर में चल रहे विरोध की वजह से प्रेमिका मीरा और संजय घर छोड़कर भाग गए थे। पति की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने उन्हें खोज भी निकाला था। प्रेमिका मीरा ने बताया था कि इसके बाद भी घरवालों ने विरोध किया तो आत्महत्या करने का निर्णय करते हुए उसने हाथ की नस काट ली थी और वहीं, संजय ने जहर खा लिया था। दोनों का अस्पताल में इलाज हुआ था, जिसकी वजह से उनकी जान बच गई थी।
ठान लिया था कि बोटी-बोटी करेगा
एडीसीपी जितेंद्र दुबे ने बताया कि आरोपी सुनील और उसके बेटे दिव्यांश से पूछताछ की गई। सुनील ने बताया कि उसकी पत्नी मीरा को संजय बार-बार अपनी बातों में फंसाकर भगा ले जाता था। लोकलाज और बच्चों की खातिर सब सहन कर रहा था। 2 साल पहले पत्नी घर परिवार को छोड़कर उसके साथ चली गई। संजय इलाके में घूम-घूम कर अपनी बहादुरी के किस्से सुना रहा था। जिसके बाद ठान लिया जिसने मेरी पत्नी को छीना उसकी बोटी-बोटी काट दूंगा।
बोला हत्यारोपी- पत्नी को सबक सिखाना चाहता था
इंस्पेक्टर आनंद द्विवेदी ने बताया कि सुनील को अपने किए पर कोई पछतावा नहीं है। पूछताछ में बताया कि कई दिनों से संजय की रेकी कर रहा था। शहर में मौका न मिलने पर गांव के आसपास हत्या की योजना बनाई। इसमें बेटे को भी शामिल किया। रविवार को मौका मिलते ही बेटे के साथ बाइक से गांव पहुंचा। जहां घर में घुसकर उसको काट डाला। उसने बताया कि पत्नी को मारने का कोई इरादा नहीं है। वह बस उसको सबक सिखाना चाहता था।
संजय को बचाने के लिए उसकी मां दोनों से भिड़ी थी
संजय की राम दुलारी ने बताया कि 15-16 जून की रात करीब 11 बजे सोने के लिए लेटे ही थे। किसी ने काफी तेजी से दरवाजा खटखटाया।
मैंने दरवाजा खोला तो गेट पर संजय की प्रेमिका मीरा का पति सुनील और बेटा दिव्यांश खड़ा था। दोनों ने मुझे और बेटे को गालियां देनी शुरू कर दीं और पूछा संजय कहां है? दोनों धक्का देते हुए गर्दन पकड़ ली। संजय को गाली देते हुए अंदर घुस आए। तभी सामने चारपाई पर लेटे संजय ने पूछा मां क्या हुआ? मैंने कहा मारने वाले आए हैं। बचाओ। संजय कुछ कर पाता कि दोनों ने उसको पकड़ लिया।
वह रसोई की तरफ भागा, जहां उसको गिरा कर चाकू और बांके से ताबड़तोड़ वार करना शुरू कर दिया। मैं बेटे को बचाने के लिए दोनों के पैरों में गिर गई, लेकिन वह नहीं माने। बेटे को बचाने में मेरी चूडिय़ां टूट गईं। जान बचाने के लिए संजय इधर-उधर भागा। इस दौरान वह चूल्हे में फंसकर गिर गया। हमलावरों ने उस पर चाकू और बांके से वार किया। शाम को इसी चूल्हे पर बनी रोटी उसने खाई थी।
जान बचाने के लिए नाले में छलांग लगाई थी
मां रामदुलारी ने बताया कि मेरे बेटे ने जान बचाने के लिए घर के बाहर दौड़ लगाकर करीब 50 मीटर दूर नाले में छलांग लगा दी। पीछे से वह दोनों भी नाले में कूद गए।
पानी में डुबोकर बांके से कई वार किए। जब तक कि मेरा लाल मर नहीं गया। चीख-पुकार करते हुए मैं अपने देवर के घर की तरफ भागी। इसी बीच गांव के लोग जुट गए। तब तक दोनों हमलावर बाप-बेटे भाग गए।
प्रेमिका के साथ रहता था संजय
2 साल पहले सुनील की पत्नी मीरा संजय के साथ भाग गई थी।
वह दोनों मुंशी पुलिया के पास रहने लगे। इससे नाराज होकर संजय की पत्नी रानी तीनों बच्चों के साथ मायके में रहने लगी। संजय रानी से कोई मतलब नहीं रखता था।
