अमेठी(ब्यूरो)। जिले में आमजन की शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान को प्राथमिकता देते हुए चारों तहसीलों में संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस आयोजित किया गया। तहसील मुसाफिरखाना में जिलाधिकारी निशा अनंत की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित समाधान दिवस के दौरान शिकायतकर्ताओं की समस्याएं सुनी गईं और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि कोई भी शिकायत लंबित न रहे तथा सभी मामलों का निष्पक्ष और समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।पुलिस से संबंधित शिकायतों की सुनवाई पुलिस अधीक्षक अपर्णा रजत कौशिक ने की और आवश्यकतानुसार संबंधित थानाध्यक्षों को समाधान के निर्देश दिए।
प्राप्त शिकायतों की स्थिति पर नजर डालें तो तहसील मुसाफिरखाना में 18 शिकायतें दर्ज हुईं, जिनमें से 4 का मौके पर समाधान कराया गया। तहसील गौरीगंज में 16 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से 2 का निस्तारण किया गया। तहसील अमेठी में 18 शिकायतें दर्ज हुईं, जिनमें से 1 का निस्तारण हुआ, जबकि तहसील तिलोई में 6 शिकायतें आईं, जिनके समाधान हेतु पुलिस व राजस्व विभाग की संयुक्त टीमें भेजी गईं।
जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक कार्य दिवस में सुबह 10:00 बजे से 12:00 बजे तक जनसुनवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए और प्राप्त शिकायतों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान किया जाए। समाधान दिवस में उपजिलाधिकारी मुसाफिरखाना पंकज कुमार, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. अंशुमान सिंह, तहसीलदार मुसाफिरखाना सहित विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
