भारत की विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (UIDAI) ने 1 नवंबर 2025 से आधार अपडेट प्रक्रिया को और सरल बना दिया है। अब लोग अपने आधार कार्ड की जानकारियाँ जैसे नाम, पता, जन्म तिथि, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल ID को ऑनलाइन भी अपडेट कर सकते हैं।UIDAI के नए नियमों के तहत, नागरिकों को अब आधार सेवा केंद्रों पर लंबी कतारों में खड़ा नहीं होना पड़ेगा। यह बदलाव डिजिटल इंडिया मिशन को और मजबूत बनाएगा।
अब UIDAI की वेबसाइट या मोबाइल ऐप से अधिकांश जानकारी अपडेट की जा सकती है।ऑनलाइन अपडेट के लिए 25 रुपये और ऑफलाइन अपडेट के लिए 50 रुपये शुल्क रखा गया है।अपडेट अनुरोध के बाद ई-KYC सत्यापन से 24 घंटों में डेटा सत्यापित हो जाएगा।केवल वैध पता-प्रमाण (जैसे बिजली बिल, बैंक स्टेटमेंट या पासपोर्ट) की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड करनी होगी।
UIDAI : UIDAI के अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यह कदम आम जनता के लिए सुविधाजनक, पारदर्शी और समय-बचाने वाला होगा। इससे ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों के लोगों को फायदा मिलेगा।

“My Aadhaar > Update Aadhaar Online” पर क्लिक करें।
लॉगिन करें और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें।
शुल्क का भुगतान करें और सबमिट करें।
कुछ घंटों में SMS के माध्यम से अपडेट स्टेटस प्राप्त होगा।
आधार से जुड़ी सेवाएँ बैंकिंग, पेंशन, सरकारी योजनाओं, मोबाइल SIM, और टैक्स फाइलिंग में ज़रूरी हैं। पुराने या गलत डेटा के कारण कई बार नागरिकों को सेवाओं में परेशानी होती थी। इसलिए UIDAI ने प्रक्रिया को और तेज़ और सटीक बनाया है।
