लखनऊ।”गैस सिलेंडर सप्लाई मैन नाले में गिरने की घटना” को 12 दिन बीत चुके हैं, लेकिन सहादतगंज वार्ड-24 शेखपुर हबीबपुर के इरम डिग्री कॉलेज के सामने नाले की सफाई और मरम्मत का कोई काम अभी तक शुरू नहीं हुआ।
स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि नगर निगम लगता है दूसरे हादसे का इंतजार कर रहा है।
नगर निगम की कूड़ा उठाने वाली गाड़ी पिछले लगभग 10 दिनों से खड़ी है और उससे कूड़ा उठान पूरी तरह ठप है। जबकि नगर निगम में कप्लेंट किए हुए भी लगभग 12 दिन हो गए।
स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार कूड़ा उठाने वाली नगर निगम की गाड़ी करीब 10 दिनों से मौके पर खड़ी है, जिसके कारण आसपास की गलियों में कचरा इकट्ठा हो गया है और बदबू व संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ गया है।
ड्राइवर ने नाम न छापने की शर्त पर बताया कि नगर निगम से डीज़ल नहीं मिल पा रहा, जबकि उसे हर रोज गाड़ी चलाने, नाला किनारे जमे कूड़े और कीचड़ को हटाने के निर्देश दिए जाते हैं।
सिस्टम पर सवाल
लखनऊ नगर निगम पर पहले भी कूड़ा गाड़ियों में डीज़ल आपूर्ति और डीज़ल चोरी को लेकर सवाल उठते रहे हैं, जिससे अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि ईंधन प्रबंधन में गंभीर अनियमितताएं हैं।
क्षेत्रीय लोगों का कहना है कि यदि समय पर डीज़ल और संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए जाते तो नाले के आसपास कचरे का ढेर न लगता और गैस सप्लाईमैन जैसे लोगों को सफाई‑व्यवस्था की खामियों का खामियाज़ा नहीं भुगतना पड़ता।
स्थानीय नागरिकों की मांग
नागरिकों ने मेयर और नगर आयुक्त से मांग की है कि तुरंत डीज़ल उपलब्ध करा कर कूड़ा गाड़ी को चालू कराया जाए, नाले की सफाई और मरम्मत कराई जाए तथा सुरक्षा के लिए मजबूत ढक्कन लगाया जाए।
लोगों की यह भी मांग है कि डीज़ल आपूर्ति में गड़बड़ी और लापरवाही की जिम्मेदारी तय कर संबंधित अधिकारियों पर कार्यवाही हो, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसे हादसे और कूड़ा‑प्रबंधन की समस्या दोबारा न खड़ी हो।
