बिहार की राजनीति में नया विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (RJD) के कुछ नेताओं ने तेजस्वी यादव को ‘जननायक’ की उपाधि देकर प्रचार शुरू किया, लेकिन इस पर पार्टी के भीतर ही विरोध के सुर उठने लगे हैं। वरिष्ठ नेता अब्दुल बारी सिद्दीकी ने खुलकर कहा कि “तेजस्वी अभी युवा नेता हैं, जननायक कहना थोड़ा जल्दबाज़ी होगी।”
सिद्दीकी के बयान के बाद RJD खेमे में हलचल मच गई है। राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि आगामी बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव 2025 के पहले पार्टी के अंदर छवि-निर्माण की यह कवायद अब उल्टा असर डाल सकती है।

RJD के एक युवा मोर्चा सम्मेलन में कार्यकर्ताओं ने तेजस्वी यादव को “जननायक” कहते हुए नारे लगाए। इस दौरान मंच पर लगे बैनर पर भी यह शब्द प्रमुखता से लिखा गया।
इसके बाद सोशल मीडिया पर विपक्षी दलों ने इसे “पार्टी के अंदर व्यक्तिपूजा” करार दिया। भाजपा नेता संजय जयसवाल ने कहा — “जननायक बनने के लिए जनता के संघर्ष में उतरना पड़ता है, सिर्फ पोस्टर लगाने से नहीं।”

पार्टी प्रवक्ता ने सफाई देते हुए कहा —
“तेजस्वी यादव हमारे नेता हैं, जननायक कहना हमारे कार्यकर्ताओं का सम्मान का तरीका है, इसमें राजनीति मत खोजिए।”
हालांकि, अंदरखाने से यह खबर भी है कि पार्टी प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद यादव ने इस विवाद पर नाराजगी जताई है और निर्देश दिया है कि अगले प्रचार-सामग्री में इस शब्द का इस्तेमाल न किया जाए।

विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि यह विवाद RJD की छवि-प्रबंधन रणनीति को झटका दे सकता है। एक तरफ पार्टी युवा नेतृत्व को आगे बढ़ाना चाहती है, दूसरी तरफ अंदरूनी मतभेद चुनावी रणनीति पर असर डाल सकते हैं।
