लखनऊ। यूपी एसटीएफ ने एक लाख के ईनामी बदमाश को रविवार 29 जून की देर रात मार गिराया। उसकी पहचान संदीप पुत्र सतवीर के रूप में हुई है। उसने कानपुर के पनकी थाना क्षेत्र में चार करोड़ की निकिल की प्लेट सहित ट्रक लूटा था। इसके अलावा वह चार ट्रक ड्राइवरों की हत्या में भी आरोपी था। बीती रात हुई मुठभेड़ के दौरान एक हेड कांस्टेबल को भी गोली लग गई है। घायल कांस्टेबल का इलाज चल रहा है। आरोपी के खिलाफ लूट और डकैती के 16 मामले दर्ज थे।
संदीप ने 15 मई की रात कानपुर के पनकी इलाके में चार करोड़ रुपये की निकिल प्लेट से भरे ट्रक को लूट लिया था। तभी से वह फरार चल रहा था और उसपर एक लाख रुपये का इनाम घोषित किया गया था। पुलिस को रविवार को बागपत के मवीकलां इलाके में संदीप की मौजूदगी की सूचना मिली।
ट्रक चालकों की हत्याएं कर करता था लूटपाट
एसटीएफ की नोएडा यूनिट के एसपी राजकुमार मिश्रा ने बताया कि उनकी टीम को एक लाख कहना में वांटेड अपराधी संदीप की लोकेशन बागपत कोतवाली क्षेत्र में मिली थी।
इसके बाद संदीप की घेराबंदी शुरू की गई। देर रात स्पेशल ऑपरेशन के दौरान संदीप और उसके साथियों को घेरने का प्रयास किया, इस दौरान टीम पर बदमाशों ने फायर कर दिया। जवाबी कार्रवाई में एक बदमाश को गोली लगी, जबकि उसके साथी फरार हो गए। कार्रवाई के दौरान नोएडा एसटीएफ के हेड कांस्टेबल सुनील कुमार को भी गोली लगी है। घायल सिपाही का बागपत जिला अस्पताल में उपचार चल रहा है और उसकी हालत खतरे से बाहर है।
मरने वाले बदमाश की पहचान संदीप पुत्र सतवीर निवासी भैणी महाराजगंज थाना महम, रोहतक हरियाणा के रूप में हुई। एसपी राजकुमार मिश्रा ने बताया कि कि संदीप और उसके साथी गैंग के रूप में काम करते थे। यह गिरोह हाईवे पर ट्रक ड्राइवर की हत्या करके सामान सहित ट्रक लूट लेता था। संदीप कानपुर के थाना पनकी क्षेत्र से लगभग चार करोड़ की निकिल प्लेट से भरे ट्रक लूटने के केस में वांछित चल रहा था और उस पर कानपुर पुलिस ने एक लाख का इनाम घोषित कर रखा था।
हत्या, लूट और डकैती के दर्ज हैं 16 मुकदमे
हाईवे पर ट्रक चालकों की हत्या करके बड़ी बड़ी लूट करने वाला गैंग काफी बड़ा है। इस गैंग ने अब तक चार से अधिक ट्रक ड्राइवर्स की हत्या करके सामान सहित ट्रक लूटे थे। संदीप पर उत्तर प्रदेश , महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा में ट्रक ड्राइवर्स की हत्या करके समान सहित ट्रक लूटने और हाईवे पर लूट, डकैती के 16 से अधिक मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। वह ट्रक चालकों की हत्या करके लूट करता था और विरोध करने पर बेरहमी से जान ले लेता था, जिसके चलते पुलिस उसे साइको किलर कहती थी।
