लखनऊ। राजधानी लखनऊ के पुराने शहर चौक के अशरफाबाद इलाके में रहने वाले कपड़ा कारोबारी शोभित रस्तोगी (48), पत्नी सुचिता (45) और बेटी ख्याति (16) के संग खुदकुशी कर ली।
कोल्ड ड्रिंक में जहरीला पदार्थ मिलाकर पीने की बात आई सामने
सभी ने कोल्ड ड्रिंक में जहरीला पदार्थ मिलाकर पी लिया था। घटना रविवार देर रात की है। हालत बिगडऩे लगी तो ख्याति ने बड़ी मां तृप्ति को सूचना दी। तृप्ति घर पहुंची तो दरवाजा बंद था। किसी तरह अंदर गई तो ख्याति तड़प रही थी। वहीं शोभित और सुचिता की मौत हो गई थी।
पुलिस को सूचना देने के साथ ख्याति को अस्पताल ले गई जहां डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। पुलिस ने कमरे से एक सुसाइड नोट बरामद किया। जिसमें ज्यादा कर्ज होने के कारण खुदकुशी करने की बात लिखी थी। पुलिस ने सुसाइड नोट को फोरेंसिक जांच के लिए भेज दिया है।
डीसीपी पश्चिमी विश्वजीत श्रीवास्तव के मुताबिक अशरफाबाद निवासी शोभित की नक्खास और राजाजीपुरम में जुगल फैशन प्वाइंट के नाम से कपड़े की दुकान है। उनकी शादी बहराइच के रुपईडीहा निवासी सुचिता से हुई थी। बेटी ख्याति 11 वीं की छात्रा थी। शोभित के भाई शेखर ने पुलिस को बताया कि सुबह करीब पांच बजे तीनों के जहरीला पदार्थ खाने की जानकारी हुई।
ख्याति ने दरवाजा खोलने से किया मना
शेखर के मुताबिक तीनों के जहरीला पदार्थ खाने की सूचना मिली तो वह पत्नी तृप्ति के साथ पहुंचे। दरवाजा अंदर से बंद था। कई बार दस्तक दी, इस पर ख्याति ने दरवाजा खोलने से मना कर दिया। कहा कि आपके पास चाबी है। उससे खोल लीजिए। दरवाजा खोला तो शोभित और ख्याति बेड पर पड़े मिले। जबकि सुचिता का शव कुछ दूरी पर पड़ा था। ख्याति की सांस चल रही थी, जिसे लेकर अस्पताल पहुंचे, लेकिन डाक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
एक पन्ने का मिला सुसाइड नोट
पुलिस के मुताबिक पूरे घर को सील कर दिया गया। एक कमरे से एक पन्ने का सुसाइड नोट मिला। जिसमें बैंक से कर्ज लेने की बात लिखी थी। जिसे समय से चुका न पाने क कारण खुदकुशी की बात कही थी। साथ ही लिखा था सुचिता की बहन और उसके पति से जो रुपये मिलना था, वह भी नहीं मिला। अब कोई मदद भी नहीं कर रहा है। सुसाइड नोट में किसी के हस्ताक्षर नहीं है। हैंडराइटिंग मिलान के लिए सुसाइड नोट व घर से मिले कई अन्य दस्तावेज फोरेंसिक लैब भेजे गये है।
पहले से ही कर चुके थे तैयारी
पुलिस के मुताबिक शोभित व उसका परिवार पहले से ही खुदकुशी की तैयारी कर चुका था। एक दिन पहले शुक्रवार को शोभित ने अपने भाई शेखर को घर की चाबी दी। कहा कि कभी जरूरत पड़े तो अंदर जा सकते हैं। शनिवार रात को ही पूरे परिवार ने जहरीला पदार्थ खाकर खुदकुशी कर ली। पड़ोसियों ने बताया कि बीते कुछ दिनों से रोजाना बैंक वाले आते थे और रुपये की मांग करते थे। इससे शोभित काफी परेशान था। पुलिस का मानना है कि कर्ज के दबाव और आर्थिक तंगी के कारण शोभित ने यह कदम उठाया।
कर्ज में डूबे कई परिवार पहले भी लगा चुके है मौत को गले
आर्थिक तंगी और कर्ज में डूबने के बाद चौक के कपड़ा व्यापारी ने परिवार समेत खुदकुशी कर ली। यह पहला मामला नहीं है। इसके पहले भी राजधानी के कई परिवारों ने आर्थिक तंगी और कर्ज में डूबने के बाद खुदकुशी की। इसमें जानकीपुरम के नलकूप विभाग के इंजीनियर, मडिय़ांव, ठाकुरगंज के परिवार शामिल हैं। जिन पर सूदखोरों व बैंक के रिकवरी एजेंट लगातार दबाव बना रहे थे, इसी से तंग आकर खुदकुशी कर ली।
नलकूप इंजीनियर के परिवार ने खाया जहरीला पदार्थ
जानकीपुरम निवासी नलकूप विभाग के जेई के पद पर तैनात शैलेंद्र कुमार (45), उसकी पत्नी गीता (42) और बेटी प्राची (17) ने 27 जुलाई 2022 को जहरीला पदार्थ खाकर खुदकुशी कर ली। पुलिस की जांच में सामने आया कि 60 लाख रुपये के कर्ज के बोझ में दबने के कारण खुदकुशी की थी। जमीन को गिरवी रखने के बाद रुपये जुटाए,लेकिन कर्ज नहीं चुका सके। ब्याज पर रकम देने वाले घर में घुसकर परिवार के साथ बदसलूकी करते थे। सुसाइड नोट में चार लोगों पर आरोप लगाया था। इसी तरह मडिय़ांव के फैजुल्लागंज में 2021 में दंपति ने सूदखोरों के तकादे से तंग आकर खुदकुशी कर ली थी।
डॉक्टर ने फंदा लगाकर दी जान
विकासनगर निवासी डॉ. प्रदीप वर्मा ने 9 अक्टूबर 2023 को खुदकुशी कर ली। पुलिस को कमरे से सुसाइड नोट मिला। जिसमें 20 लाख रुपये कर्ज चुका पाने में असमर्थ होने के कारण खुदकुशी की बात लिखी मिली। बाराबंकी के मसौली के रहने वाले डॉ. प्रदीप ने 2013 में केजीएमयू से एमबीबीएस की पढ़ाई पूरी की थी। गुडंबा में एक निजी अस्पताल में चिकित्सक थे।
करोड़ों का कारोबार फिर भी नहीं चुका पाए कर्ज
लखीमपुर निवासी राकेश कुमार शुक्ला (53) पीजीआई इलाके में स्थित कासा ग्रीन अपार्टमेंट में पत्नी मानवता व बेटे अभिष्ठ के साथ रहते थे। उनकी प्लाईवुड व ग्लो साइन बोर्ड बनाने की मोहनलालगंज में फैक्टरी है। वृंदावन सेक्टर-11 में उनका एक मकान है। इसमें किराए पर स्कूल चलता है। इसी मकान में वह 20 अगस्त 2023 की रात सोने के लिए गए थे। पत्नी व बेटा फ्लैट में थे। जहां कमरे में उनका शव फंदे से लटका मिला। कमरे में सुसाइड नोट मिला। जिसमें लिखा था कि सुसाइड नोट में तीन बैंक कर्मियों पर प्रताडि़त करने का आरोप लगाया गया है। बैंककर्मियों ने मुझको फंसाकर 72 लाख रुपये का लोन करवा दिया। इससे मेरी जिंदगी तबाह हो गई है। इसी प्रताडऩा से तंग आकर खुदकुशी कर रहा हूं। इन तीनों बैंक कर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए।
